touring

rip and burn

couldn't resist an unbelievably amazing bargain... mitsubishi 8x dvd-rs at 1.20 a piece... so i just HAD TO stock up for my business in the coming new year... i wonder how long is it before i exhaust my stockpile... hehe... Image hosted by Photobucket.com

headin' off to penang tomorrow... time to enjoy and tour around during what might be the last long holidays for us before we head into internship, final year and the workplace... so i'd better enjoy it while it lasts...

adrift

met up with a trio of ex-classmates... and other friends... and boy was it pretty amusing to talk about schooldays... PRIMARY school to be exact... haha... i have not much recollection of those times actually... save for a few blur memories of our pastimes, games and fights then... hehe... pretty interesting to dig up the relatively distant past with buddies from the days of yore... hmmm we're not that old yet are we? :)

stuff to get this month: digicam dvd burner dream theater concert tix after which... my pockets will be empty...

actually i was thinkin' of writing the lyrics of heaven knows here... i guess u guys have heard it... but nah... dun wanna get emo... lookin' forward to gettin' my new gadgets... and maybe bang away on the keys of my bro's clavinova... if he does bring it home this week...

i'm glad i've been able to catch up with a few friends... exchange experiences... and learn somethin' from them... and also shockingly find out that we have similar issues... wed afternoon... had some delicious new york cheese cake at secret recipe with my friend back from kl... and also an eye-opening chat with her... thurs morn... irresistible soft-boiled eggs with toast bread at hollywood... with fellow serpent bassist... and crispy puree at nasmir at night with him too... he left early (it was nearly midnight actually)... so i met for a second round of drinks at persanjung with a friend back from sg... haven't met her in some months... like they say... humans are social creatures... we are all emotionally dependent on one another to a certain extent... hardly anythin' is smooth-sailing lately... hope i've got my friends around for some good fellowship...
